The thing I’m most proud of is my ability to market your home.  First of all I work with a partner, so you get two for the price of one.  We each have our own website, which is extremely important with today’s buyers.  Did you know 84% of buyers look on the internet before ever talking to a real estate agent?  The days of print advertising being the best way to market your home have come and gone.  It is imperative that your home is aggressively marketed on the internet.  In addition to our personal websites, Century 21 backs us up with local, state and national websites.

We use Visual Tours which give us the opportunity to put up to 50 pictures displaying your home and neighborhood! This is great for homes that have special features, such as outdoor kitchens, built-ins, or unique upgrades.  By taking the time to not only list your home on the Multiple Listing Service with as many pictures as possible, a description of your property to encourage showings and the Visual Tour, your listing will receive higher placement, (will be viewed first) on many websites such as Realtor.com. We can provide a written report on a monthly basis to show exactly which sites buyers have looked on to view your listing.

Although it’s not always possible, my partner and I attend many of the showings on your property to slow the buyers down.  Make sure they notice what’s unique about your property and build a relationship.
